Our Story

Fco stands for Francisco, the way my grandfather signed his name. I grew up watching him build things with his hands, taking pride in the quality of his work, and standing behind everything he made. When I started this business I put his name on it because I wanted every project to carry that same standard.

I have been designing and building outdoor spaces in the Milton and Alpharetta area for years. What sets Fco Outdoor Living apart is that I do the design myself—not from a catalog, not from a template. I walk your property, understand how you want to live in it, and design something that fits you specifically. Then my crew and I build it.

We do not do maintenance. We do transformations. Hardscape, water features, outdoor lighting, boulders, plantings, artificial grass—we handle the full project from concept through completion. When we are done, your backyard should stop you in your tracks.

Fco Outdoor Living serves Milton, Alpharetta, and surrounding North Fulton communities. Every project is designed by Francisco personally. Every project carries the family name.
